CANCELLATIONS:

WE UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETIMES SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS ARE NECESSARY; THEREFORE, WE RESPECTFULLY REQUIRE 48 HOURS NOTICE FOR CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES TO THE SERVICE SCHEDULED. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH LESS THEN 48 HOURS NOTICE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR 50% THE COST OF THE SERVICE SCHEDULED. SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS (WHICH ARE CONSIDERED 12 HOURS OR LESS FROM THE APPOINTMENT TIME) WILL BE CHARGED 100% THE COST OF THE SERVICE SCHEDULED, NO EXCEPTIONS. SHOULD THIS HAPPEN MORE THAN ONCE, IT WILL PROHIBIT YOU FROM SCHEDULING FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.

CLIENT-ONLY APPOINTMENTS:

NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS/CHILDREN/ANIMALS FOR THE SAFETY AND SANITATION OF OUR GUESTS, CRIMSON AND CLOVER DOES NOT ALLOW CHILDREN, ANIMALS OR ADDITIONAL GUESTS WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT AT THE SALON.

NO CALL / NO SHOWS:

IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP ON THE SCHEDULED DATE AND TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL BE CHARGED 100% THE COST OF THE SERVICE SCHEDULED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AND NO EXCEPTIONS MADE.

CLEAR CONSULTATIONS:

IT IS OUR PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON, HOWEVER IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY. ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STYLIST.
